About Sonia

The Soul Behind the Voice

I used to sing on stages. Now I channel the voice and presence that awaken what others have long hidden.

For years, I was a professional singer, holding microphones, wearing the costume of confidence. Beneath it all lived a voice trembling with truths I hadn’t yet dared to speak.

My journey was never only about music. It was about clearing what silenced me, reclaiming my full frequency, and learning how to guide others through that same passage.

What Opened Through the Silence

There came a time when the old life fell away.

The stage, the persona, the applause, it all stopped ringing true.

What emerged was a deeper calling:

• A remembrance of who I am.

• A reconnection to ancient frequencies: Mary Magdalene, Mother Mary, Hathor, Tara and others.

• A knowing that my voice wasn’t given to impress but to awaken.

Today, my voice is not a metaphor. It is an instrument of healing.

Through tone, light language, and presence, I transmit frequencies that clear trauma patterns and restore the nervous system’s sense of safety.

A Voice Forged in Sorrow and Structure

When I was 15 years old, my path led me into unexpected terrain.

I fell in love with fado, Portugal’s soul music of longing and lament, the homeland of my ancestors.

Living in Canada, there were no teachers to show me how to sing it, but something in its ache called me home.

To hold that depth, I trained in classical singing for years.

Fado taught me the raw power of grief and beauty.

Classical training taught me how to carry it with reverence.

The result?

A voice that holds both discipline and devastation, grace and guttural truth.

That was my temple-building so that now, when the sound comes through, it doesn’t overwhelm. It transforms.

Who I Serve?

I work with those who:

• Are intuitive and self-aware

• Long to live and express fully, yet still feel hesitant to be seen

• Carry old trauma patterns that keep their voice, truth, or presence hidden

Some come for healing.

Some come for visibility.

Some come for reclamation after sexual trauma.

All come for a safe space to release what no longer serves and return to themselves.

This Work Is Not About Fixing

It’s about returning:

To your body.

To your voice.

To the life you were always meant to live.

If you’re reading these words and feel a quiet yes, you are already arriving.

You’re right on time.
